Heated hoses are designed to maintain liquids or gases at a temperature of 5 to 200°C.
They enable the fluidity of viscous products to be controlled, prevent certain liquids from congealing (bitumen, glue, oil, grease, food products, adhesives, oils, chocolate, gas, emulsions and alimentary, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products..) and certain gases from condensing.

Heating element wound
Silicone foam coated with polyamide outer jacket provides insulation and protection
The temperature is controled by a choice of either a PT100 sensor or a thermocouple
