CHEMICAL COMPOSITE HOSE is light weight. It has
good pressure and temperature resistance. The
highest working pressure can be up to 4.0MPa, and it
works well at the temperature of -40C to +180C.
What's more, it is resistant to acids, alkalis and other
chemical fluids. Besides, it has excellent corrosion
resistant property.

Inner tube:usually made of polytetrafluoroethylene film or Teflon film, with
excellent corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and low friction coefficient,
can effectively resist the erosion of various chemical media and ensure the purity
of the conveying medium.
Strength support:The inner and outer steel wires made of SS316 stainless steel
wire provide good strength and flexibility, can withstand certain pressure and
tension,and ensure that the hose will not deform or break when bent.
Outer tube: covered with polyvinyl chloride fiber cloth, with wear resistance,
weather resistance, UVresistance and other characteristics, can protect the
internal structure from the influence of the external environment and extend the
service life of the hose
